Booking Your Flights

The vast majority of our holidays are sold as 'land only' arrangements. This gives you the flexibility to choose the departure airport, airline, flight times and overall travel dates that will work best for you.  

Please contact us if you would like us to provide you some suggestions for flights to fit with one of our tours. We'll give you some options with different airlines and times to choose from.

Airport Transfers

Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by one of our representatives and then transferred directly to your first accommodation. We will also transfer you back to the airport at the end of the tour. Airport transfers are only included on days where we have booked your accommodation; if you book additional pre or post-tour accommodation yourself, you will need to arrange your own airport transfers on those days. We will provide full details and arrival instructions after you book your tour.
Some tours (eg. Overland trips) do not include airport transfers, and where this is the case it will be made clear on the tour page and in the inclusions/exclusions.
