Encounters Travel has been honored with a TripAdvisor certificate of excellence for 2017.

The TripAdvisor certificate of excellence is in its seventh year. It honors businesses that have earned great reviews from travelers.

Danniell Saunders, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Encounters Travel says the company takes pride in ensuring that their travellers have the most amazing experience when booking a holiday.

“We put lots of effort into ensuring that our travellers are well looked after throughout their journey, from the time they make initial contact with us, right up till the point when they are back home, reminiscing about what an amazing experience they’ve just had. From my side, I’d like to thank everyone who has supported us and we’ll continue to do our best to make sure that your next holiday is a spectacular one.”

To qualify for this award, a business must maintain at least an overall 4 out of 5 rating, have a minimum number of reviews, and be on the site for a year.
