Here are some updates on some of our destinations below, which will make travelling on our tours feasible & cheaper for many based in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe & around the world.
United Kingdom travel updates
From 19 July 2021, fully vaccinated travellers (vaccinated via UK schemes) do not need to quarantine on arrival back from 'Amber' countries.
This makes the rules for these countries the same as the 'Green' list. So, you still need a test before returning home, and a PCR test once you are on day two. (We're helping everyone on their tours to get any required tests before they come home.)
You also don't need to quarantine and you don't need a second test on the 8th day after you come home like you used to. This is a big change and makes it much easier to travel!
Whether you can travel also depends on the local rules and on whether we have completed all our Safer Encounters procedures.

We have been running trips for our US customers for some months now, so all our Safer Encounters protocols are in place and systems for arranging pre-return PCR tests are going smoothly.
Maldives - Testing is required, including for vaccinated travelers. Local island tours available from 1 August 2021
Sudan - Testing is required; Tours paused until October due to the summer heat

Israel - Testing required. Tours available from September
Slovenia - Open only to the fully vaccinated or those recovered from COVID-19. No testing or quarantine required. Tailormade tours available from 1 August 2021
